Chad Clark and Mike Monter of Millersburg, Ohio, ditched the horse for something with a bit more power when they were building their Thunder Buggy. They fitted this crazy ride with a jet engine and a steel subframe to carry the extra weight. When pulled by a horse these Amish buggies can usually reach speeds around 20mph but with their jet engine, the Thunder Buggy can hit speeds as high as 60mph.
